It was my first Yoga session. Charlotte was very attentive and helped me throughout the session. The place had a wonderful view and sounds.

Charlotte has a truly beautiful way of guiding the body into movement - a wave of flowing, graceful sequences that create harmony, balance, and a deep sense of connection within.

Every class feels like a journey where movement meets breath, and I always leave feeling more grounded, open, and alive.

Charlotte’s presence, passion, and gift for creating flow make her an absolutely amazing yoga instructor. I’m so grateful for every moment on the mat with her!

J'ai pu participer au Yoga brunch et ce fut une belle expérience tant le cours autour de l'élément de l'eau donné par Charlotte était très accessible et le brunch délicieux et tout ceci dans un cadre exceptionnel à Aurora avec vue sur le lac d'Obidos. Je suis très reconnaissante.
Je recommande aussi les cours de Primal movement et Yin/Yang yoga que j'ai pu également tester durant mon séjour. Charlotte est une excellente prof de yoga.

I had the pleasure of joining Yin/Yang Yoga classes and one Primordial Movements class with Charlotte during my stay in Óbidos, and I couldn't recommend her more. Her kindness, openness, and gentle encouragement made every class feel accessible, regardless of experience. She encouraged me to reconnect with my own body and move in a way that feels right for me. The beautiful setting and the small group size made the experience feel even more personal and restorative.
I left each class feeling more grounded, connected, and refreshed, and carried that sense of calm and energy with me throughout the day.
